Terms and conditions

One subscription per customer.

If you are a new patient then you must first book a new patient appointment before being able to purchase a subscription. If you do choose to purchase a subscription at your new patient appointment then you will be able to receive a 10% discount off the cost of your new patient appointment. This discount can not be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

If you are a current patient and have an appointment booked already, you will be eligible for a discount of 8% off your booking if you purchase a subscription at that appointment.

If you do not use all your appointments within the 12 month subscription period, you will not be able to carry these over into a new subscription/past the 12 month period.

If you do not attend an appointment or cancel it within 24 hours, this will be deducted from the total amount you are eligible for within your subscription. This is in keeping with charges detailed in our attendance policy (available on on our website).

Payments are managed through Square who will securely hold your card details. Petite Podiatry Co do not take payments from you directly.
If you cancel your subscription we cannot offer a refund for any unused credit or appointments.
